All appointments are personalised, with the length and pacing of sessions directed by the client. In person sessions take place in a warm, welcoming and private environment. Alternatively, sessions can be delivered online from the comfort of your home.

I have a practice space in Dunecht (5 minutes drive from Westhill), for in person sessions. There is plenty of free parking and a discreet secure entrance.
